How to use the Transforms array in the acf_register_block

Hello, I don’t need to keep the content of the block but I want to be able to allow the user to transform one acf block into another. how can I do that?

Can someone help me with the code that I need to include in the acf_register_block array to be able to allow block1 to be transformed into block2?
