How to Show Conditional Logic in front End

Hi

I am using the Advance Custom Field Plugin. I am facing issue in showing Conditional logic in front end. Is it possible to show same functionality of Conditional logic in front end

I have taken a custom field name “Region” and other is “Country”
I have applied Conditional Logic on Country; For Example when Region = Asia

In any page when I select Asia from dropdown it shows list of Countries the drop down

I want the same functionality in front end,. How can I do this

This plugin is gone
It seems to have a $$$ version, will it do the trick ?
