How to set an image in a block as a featured image?

Hi,

I’m in the process of moving my site to Gutenberg and need some help. I have an image block and wondering if there’s a way to set that image as a featured image when a checkbox is selected. The name of the image block is called “First Image block”, the name of the image field is called ‘image_post’ and the name of the checkbox is called “set_featured_image” with the choice called “sfi”
