How to get only specific forms on front end

Hi

I am trying to use AFC on the frontend.

I have looked at your documentation about this and I need a better explanation of the AFC frontend form options.

Could you give me an example of how the fields option works. I have tried putting in an array of the field names but this doesn’t seem to work.

Love the plugin.
