How to export Posts with ACF Tags?

Hey I need to export all the Posts from an old WP-Instance to a new one. How export and import posts with Advanced Custom Fields?

Only solution I’ve found is exporting wp_postmeta or wp_options content, targetting the lines we want. Not ideal.
