Help! How to make array from custom fields from CPT?

Hello I need show in array values from custom fields from custom post type and posts urls:

[0]=> array(2) {
    ["city"]=> "Kazimierz Dolny"
    ["url"]=> "http://site/works1"
    }
  [1]=> array(2) {
    ["city"]=> "Kraków"
    ["url"]=> "http://site/works2"
    }
  [2]=> array(2) {
    ["city"]=> "Salzburg"
    ["url"]=> "http://site/works3"
    }

Im Custom Post type I have custom field: City. I want do array with cities and urls to posts and show on archive page.
Can it possible to do by Custom fields?
Can You help me?
