how to create rating type post

I want to make rating type post filed. like have one radio button group or drop down list. 1-5. so if i select 3 then in front end show 3 list item. same if i select 5 then front end show 5 list item.

i don’t understand yet how can do it. guys any idea and support please.

There is already an ACF add on that offers this functionality out of the box.
