How to avoid repeat elements from List option

Im using the field type REPEATER and in the REPEATER I would like to add a drop down with DAYS of week (mon, tue, wend, etc).

Is there a way block an element from the list if it was previously selected in any other row?

I would like to do this too with the post_object type.

Any ideas?
