How do i get a list of all ACF fields (not just for a specific post)?

Is there an ACF method to get a list of all fields that have been created.

WordPress doesn’t create a field in the postsmeta table until it is populated, so searching it for custom fields is unreliable. And using get_fields() only works on a specific post.

I want a function something like get_all_fields().

If not, does ACF keep a data dictionary somewhere?

There must be something, because ACF knows all my fields when I go to the fields editor.
