How do I export/import data from a particular set of fields?

For a project I have a local dev site, a staging site, and a production site.

One one page I’ve got two sets of fields.
I’d like to sync one fieldset and leave the other set untouched.

How can I export data from one fieldset and then import it to another version of the site?
