How do I convert an ACF field from a TEXT to an NUMBER type without losing data

Good afternoon, I have an issue when using a rating widget that only accepts numeric dynamic tags, and my custom field controlling the rating is of type text. I already tested cloning it and changing the type to numeric, but the data gets lost. However, if I create a new numeric custom field and copy the values from the text field, they remain intact and the widget works. The problem is that I can’t copy the values manually because there are too many entries.
