How can I get prices as per max and min count ?

I have a repeter field. Under this I’m create 4 fields min count max count monthly price and yearly price… Now I want to fetch value as per max or min count. like If user input 4 then provide data under 1 to 10… Prices… If user provide 21 then price under 11 to 25… So how can I get value in my frontend using jQuery…. ?
