How can i call a custom method on submission of a post ?

I am using ACF Pro . I just want to know can i call a custom method on a post or page submission.

I have some acf fields on my custom plugin page , if one specific field is not empty i want to call a method . Is it possible by acf or wordpress ?

Is there any special button or submit call available !!
