Horizontal listing of filters

Is it possible to horizontally (grid) the list of values in a filter. One of my filters has 50 options and having it take up more top real estate would be better then the long scroll.

What type of field? Is this a checkbox field? radio field? something else?

checkbox and radio fields have a setting for layout, horizontal or vertical.

These are checkboxes.

I searched on all the tabs, including text search. See image.

I don’t know what that is a screenshot of but it’s not ACF
