ACF Group should be hidden from pages, just show on single.php or specific categories. I tried that, but it didn’t work.

Do you want it to be the “Template” and the “Post Category”. Your rules will show the group if you have chosen the template OR one of the post categories. If you want to do AND then you need to add the template rule to all of your rule groups.
These Job Field Groups shouldn’t appear on the page, I want them to disappear.
I found the answer (https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/location-rule-is-not-working/#post-152686), and it seems to work, but I want to use the uncategorized category. Would you please tell me how I can utilize this category?
Post type is equal to Post AND
Post Category is equal to Unategorized
My problem is that I am using a Post Category but the group still appears on pages.
