Gutenberg Block Editor Field

Now that the Gutenberg editor can be used without a Post object (PR) it would be cool to have a block editor field. This would be especially useful for terms so that we could have a content field that acts similarly to posts and pages. But long term it could take over the role of the WYSIWYG field even an ACF Blocks edit view and sidebar.

I was looking at the basics of such an integration in the PR for the widgets screen editor integration.
