Google Maps populated from search results

Hi,

I have a somewhat special case. I’m not sure if it fits here, but here goes.

I have a page which shows search results of many locations (using “search & filter pro” plugin). The address of each post is kept in the post title and a taxonomy. I could combine them to 1 variable and hold the full address.

Ok, so my question is what code would I use to mark these addresses on a Google Map?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

P.s. I’m kind if a newbie when it comes to this stuff but I’m a fast learner.
