Getting Tab field names

I have a large field group that is broken up by tabs. I would like to display the fields on the front-end including the tab names, but using things like get_fields() or get_field_objects() excludes tabs entirely.

Is there some sort of internal function that I can get use to get those tabs?

No worries, you can use an internal filter to load all the fields for a given field group like so:
