Getting data from functions.php

im want to display wordpress categories name and id in acf create field in backend not in forntend. As shown in picture below in section one i want to display category name and id,so that user can see the list of all create category name and id, so with the help listed category id user can enter the desire category id/name in section 2 in picture and list the post of their desire in forntend, how can we display category in backend of acf
