Get relationship info backwards

I have a question about relationship fields. Can they work both ways?

I have two custom post types “reviews” & “game information”. If I set a relationship in a “review” post it pulls through information from “game”. At the moment I have another relationship field to pull through “review” information into the “game information” but this is doubling up on work.

Is it possible that when you set the relationship between review ans game information through the review post type you can still get the game information data without have to set up another relationship?

This would stop people having to attach the relationship twice in both custom post types to share information between the two.
