Get only posts in a relationship field based on another relationship field

Hi, i’ve the following case in my admin:
2 different types of userroles and 3 type of custom post types.
Now i would like to make a 4th type of costom post type with 2 relationship fields.
With the first field i select one user of a certain role and with the other relationship field i would like to select between all custom post types of the user selected in the first one. Is this somehow possible?
