I think your support forum is very well done. If I’m right, you use BBpress ?
Could you please tell me which plugins you are using ? The user experience is quite good !

Yes, this is a WP and bbPress setup.

I am using a few free plugins such as:
– bbPress – Private Replies
– bbPress Custom Topic & Reply Notifications
– Advanced Custom Fields

For the topic status, solved button, open times and comment attachments, I have written this functionality myself.
