Gallery subform Title/Caption/Alt Text/Description labels

Is it possible to change the label of the small subform that comes up on the right side when a user clicks on an image in the Gallery? Ideally I would like to hide the Description field and repurpose the Alt Text for a text field where a user can enter a URL so the label would change to “Link” or something to that effect. Thanks!

I think it’s probably cleaner and easier for me to use a repeater for this rather than a gallery.
