FrontEnd User, Taxonomy form editor

Hello,
I Want to know if have an action, filter or function to edit user, taxonomy and others datas in the front end screen.

Please, If don´t have tell me a form to do this work perfectaly.

User taxonomies are not supported by ACF. There is a topic with a potential solution and the developers explanation of why it is not supported here http://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/taxonomies-not-saving-for-users/
