Front-end user fields being wiped after editing profile in back-end

Hello,

I’ve got some user fields set up that are only viewable in the front-end.

The site is currently in development, so thankfully this isn’t a massive problem right now.
However, I’ve noticed that after saving my profile in the back-end editor, all of my data for the front-end fields gets wiped.

Can anyone tell me what’s happening here? I appreciate that the above might not be much to go on, so let me know if you need more info.
