Front-end repeater not connecting to CPT

Hello all, I have started playing around with getting acf repeater to show on the front-end for a membership site I am building. I have the repeater showing and when I add to the fields and submit the data is staying within the repeater. But if I go and check the cpt nothing is added. It looks like it is just saving to the current page.

I have another snippet of code with the repeater that will add it to the cpt but it won’t keep the data in the repeater.

Any thoughts or direction I should look in.
