'form' => false, should hide the fields too.

I am trying to create a custom form to submit the post and i disabled the form with ‘form’ => false, but it still shows the field, how can i hide the fields too, i willbe using my own custom fields, thanks.

If you are going to be using your own fields and no ACF fields than you should build your own submit process and not use acf_form().
