I have two tabs.
I have a flexible field in the second tab, when a user goes to create a new entry in the flexible field the tab focus is moved back to tab #1.
A picture is worth a thousand words so this video must be a virtual encyclopedia. At the very least it will certainly and clearly demonstrate the issue.

Hi @jeffreyd00
Thanks for the video, very clear that this is some conditional logic JS bugging out here!
Are you using the select field to show / hide the 2 tabs?
Thanks
E
Yes
Conditional Logic | Select Type => Is Equal To = FOO (then show)

Hi @jeffreyd00
I have fixed some similar tab / conditional logic issues over the past few days, and now that I am attempting to replicate you issue, the problem looks to be solved!
Can you please download the latest code from github and test it for me?
Thanks
E
@elliot I updated to 4.3.4 and still no joy. Lemme know if you want to login and check it firsthand.
Hi @jeffreyd00
I have done some major work on the tab and field and conditional logic JS today in an attempt to fix the issue.
Can you please download the latest code from github and test it out?
Thanks

Hi @jeffreyd00

Hi @jeffreyd00
I took a look at the ACF JS file in your website, and can see that it is not the latest version from github.
As previously,
I have done some major work on the tab and field and conditional logic JS today in an attempt to fix the issue.
Can you please download the latest code from github and test it out?
@elliot I download from github again (https://github.com/elliotcondon/acf)
The one that says,
“Major improvement to tab and conditional logic code to improve perfor…”
I uploaded via ftp and made sure to overwrite all files. I then cleared my browser cache and retested. Unfortunately I still have the tab focus issue as described in my original post.
Hi @jeffreyd00
Thanks for the follow up. I’ll log back in and take another look.
Looking forward to figuring out this odd bug and getting it sorted!
Cheers

Hi @jeffreyd00
Great news! I’ve tracked down and fixed the issue!
Please update to the latest JS on github, and let me know how you go! You might need to do a hard refresh to make sure the new JS is loaded.
Cheers
E
FIXED!!!!!!!!
For some reason I did not get an email notifying me of you last post or I would have responded sooner.
Well done sir, well done.
