Flexible content synchronisation with translation

I am using flexible content fields with several layouts.

When I add or remove a layout in a page the layout is also shown/not shown in the translation page.

Is that normal?

I am using Polylang pro and have “Custom fields” disabled on Polylang synchronization options.
