Flexible content field duplication bugs

Hi,

When duplicating layouts in the flexible content field back-end, there are two small bugs:

Firstly, for any radio buttons, the choices do not get duplicated. They are blank in the duplicate.

Secondly instead of adding ‘(copy)’ to the title, ‘(undefined)’ is added.

These are very trivial issues, but I thought I’d report them so they don’t go unnoticed.
