Flexible Content Add Row Button not working

I have a flexbile content field and the Add Row button does nothing, no console errors, it’s like the action just doesn’t fire. I’ve tried multiple browsers and computers and it still won’t fire. I got a colleague to test it out on his computer and for him it worked?! Logged in as same user, same browser version. Anyone else run into this issue? I’ve seen threads with similar titles to this but cant find a concrete solution.
