Flex content not working

Problem with flex content

I upgraded the license and upload it but it does work work. i bought trough an other account an extra license and the same what is wrong

I see the button add row but when i click nothing happens

the balloon is only black without names

The words ‘but it does work’ don’t allow me to help you. I don’t understand what is and is’nt working for you. What are you seeing / experiencing.

Have you checked your console log for any JS errors?

What are the values you have entered into your flexible field settings?
