I want to create a taxonomy field that allows users to choose the most important category.
is it possible to filter the ACF taxonomy list based on which categories have been selected by the user from the standard category field?
This would not be possible without a significant amount of work. The problem is that there is nothing in WordPress that records what category, or how many times a category is selected by each user. The first thing you’d need to do is figure out a way to record this information.
Ok word. I just wrote a jquery script to take care of it.
