Filter field defaults in ACF5?

In ACF4 I could customize default settings of field types with filters like acf/load_field_defaults/type=date_picker

it doesn’t look like these filters are available in ACF5 ?

is there another way of modifying the default settings for fields in ACF5 without modifying the core files?

Thanks for the post.

In ACF 5 this filter was changed to acf/load_field and can be used to modify a $field object after it has been loaded from the database and before its value has been returned.
