I’d like a field to aggregate an external RSS feed.

Especially useful to create inventories, lists… of web sites and display the last news of theses sites whatever the blog context and author (sport fan, teacher…).

Is this a feature request, or are you offering to hire a web developer to do this for you?

Can you be a bit more specific as to the requirements of this field? It seems far to specific to make it into the core, but perhaps a fellow dev can help you out.

Unfortunately, it is just a feature request. Plugins to aggregate RSS into a post already exist. Apparently, it is even possible to associate this feature with Custom Post Type and display them accordingly. But it requires such kind of additional plugins.
