Field rules in custom field type

Hi, can we somehow handle user interaction with created fields via render_field_settings, in boilertemplate for creation new acf field type?

Main point is:
When user in field groups creating new field and has choosed our custom acf field type, there will choice created via function render_field_settings. Based on choosed value of that choice, how we can show some other fields?

I believe you need to use JavaScript code to hide/show the other fields.

Hope this makes sense 🙂
