Field name messed up and can\'t change them after upgrade

Hallo
after having upgraded the plugin all the FIELD NAME fields are messed up like this

a:13:{s:4:”type”;s:6:”select”;s:12:”instructions”;s:23:”Select desired location”;s:8:”required”;i:0;s:17:”c…

And as a I try to get them back to their name (it was for example: location) I can’t save them. Once I press UPGRADE the system say SAVED but the messed value comes back.

Any hint?
