Field disapear with custom plugin

I’m working on a plugin included acf field in a page option. (just a way for me to export my functionnalities on different projets)
I create my page, and my fields. This working.
But when i click on update from this page fields disapear and fields whicjh where in groups are pushed oustide the group ….

If i use this code in function.php I don’t have this problem.

There is a thing we have to do when whe are using acf in a custom made plugin ?
