Fail safe Table Layout for End-Users

Hi all,

I’m wondering what would be the best approach to create a field for
end-users to be able to insert structured data in a table like layout.

Example:

Opening hours

One column should contain the days, and the others the opening times, like:

Monday 9 am to 7 pm
Tuesday 8 am to 6 pm
[…]

I know, I could create a WYSIWYG field and insert with HTML a pre-defined
<div> layout, but I fear that my end users could destroy accidentially the layout …
