Extend conditional logic of single fields

Heya!

It would be awesome if the “Conditional Logic” of a single field could be as extensive as the “Location Rules”, for example, I’d like to show a Field Group on all Pages, but hide a specific single field if the Page Template is foo.

Any chance this could be implemented in the next version?
