Exported Fields not importing all fields

After exporting the fields from ACF, all the fields are not importing from the exported field group (in this case only Showcase: Category Description), even though they are available in the xml file.

Is there something I am missing with the export process?

I am running the latest ACF 4.3.2 and WP 3.8.1.

Thanks for the link. I have successfully imported your xml file and all worked fine!
Please see attached screenshot as proof.

Perhaps you can elaborate more on the exact issue?

Yes, so I finally see the problem. I was importing the xml file when the php file was also included. There was a field in the xml file that was not in the php, thus causing only one field to be presented.
