Export Field Groups (XML) – without users

Hey dudes,

tried to export my existing field groups into another wordpress installation via the XML export.

Don’t understand why the xml consists of many user accounts which have to be imported? I just want to import the created (by one user) field groups and nothing more.

Is it possible simply to delete the author tags? or generate a better xml file?

Hi @ddjjmm

Thanks for this topic. I believe you can remove the author tags from the export, however, this will not be an issue in ACF5 as I have swapped the xml export for a custom JSON export / import!
