Existing block doesn’t support after upgrade ACF Pro plugin

After updating ACF Pro from Version 5.11.3 to 6.2.3 (WordPress Version 6.4.1 / PHP 8.2), one of a custom ACF-Blocks don’t show up anymore and display instead this message:

Your site doesn’t include support for the “acf/packages-pricing” block. You can leave this block intact or remove it entirely.

When i revert back to ACF Pro Version 5.11.3 it works as expected.
