Error after plugin update

I just updated the Akismet plugin and it through the following error. I can’t imagine it was the Akismet update that caused this but I’ve never had this error before. Any ideas what I need to do to resolve?

Can you supply some additional information? A .zip file of the field group that’s causing the problem would probably be helpful.
