This feature request is for those of us who still use WordPress as a CMS and not page builder and don’t want to embrace Gutenberg not because it sucks, but because a page builder and CMS are two different methodologies.
If I have to use WordPress, I’m using it as a headless CMS with a VueJS framework. Therefore, ACF is my best friend.
Please consider elaborating on the Flexible Content field so it’s more in line with Sanity, Prismic or Strapi. In other words, it’s visually more appealing than just a button with a popover to select a content type.
