Edit / customize – wp-admin/profile.php

Hello,

is there a way to edit / customize the wp-admin/profile.php file?
I like to keep it as simple as it is possible for my users.
I only need firstname, lastname, nickname, avatar and passwordreset.

The standard profile is to overloaded.

Any suggestion?
