Edit custom field choices.

Hello

i have my site running without problems and i’m using custom fields.
Now i need to edit one field… but if i change the choices all the posts will loose that relation and i have to edit everything again.

How can i do that?

I think that would depend on how significant the changes are. Can you give more information on that? What type of field is it? What are the settings? What are you going to change?
