Echo choice of Select field within Repeater

If I have the following Select field with a Repeater field:

red : Red
blue : Blue
green : Green

How can I echo the label of green?

There are a couple of answers to this here http://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/get_field-label-not-name-impossible/. The array key of ‘choices’ works the same for select and checkbox fields.
