Dynamically Select field of Custom Post Type

Hello, I need your help.
Currently I have two custom post types: Countries and Regions

I will wish that when we add a Custom Post it automatically adds in a select. In fact I wish a region linked to a country

For example: When I add a post (France) in my custom Country. I can choose the country in the ACF Regions.

I want to do this to make a custom relationships to each other in order to avoid having too much class Thanks

Sounds like you should look at the post_object and relationship fields.
Both of these allow you to select 1 or more post objects.
