Does ACF Pro Automatically Update?

Does ACF Pro automatically update with the rest of WordPress Core / Plugin ( if configured to do so )? At the moment it looks like you need to manually update every version.

If it does not update like other plugins/core is there a function or hook that can be called to trigger an update on a cron schedule?

I’m also unable to automatically update ACF PRO for this 5.7.1 version.
Any tip?

I’m pretty sure ACF automatically updates the same with WordPress plugins and themes. I believe the error was on my part – someone chime in if I’m wrong.
